Side By Side Cycle Rules
Rental Rules for Bicycles:
1.) At least one ADULT must accompany minors.
2.) Riders should wear helmets
3.) Ride on designated bicycle routes never on roads in traffic.
4.) Rules for safe bicycling apply
5.) Understand and test mechanical systems before departing the area. Brakes, shifting patterns, and seat adjustments. Do not hesitate to ask questions.
6.) Renters should understand that they ride at their own risk.
7.) Payment for damages due to abuse or failure to obey rules may include in addition to repair costs, compensation for lost rental income, and staff time expenses.
Rental Rules for Side by Side Units:
1.) At least one ADULT must operate unit.
2.) A maximum of two (2) people ride unit.
3.) Slow down prior to turning and corners.
4.) Do not operate on steep inclines or hills.
5.) Ride only on designated routes - never on roads in traffic.
6.) Riders should wear a helmet when operating the unit.
7.) An adult must be the designated "steering captain".
8.) The captain must always hold on to the steering tiller.
9.) Riders must remain seated while riding.
10.) Rules for safe bicycling apply.
11.) Understand and test mechanical systems before departing area. Brakes, shifting patterns, and seat adjustments. Don't hesitate to ask questions.
